The ConnectX-5 Ethernet Network Interface Card features up to two 10/25GbE ports, 750ns latency, up to 200 million packets per second (Mpps), and supports the Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK).
For storage workloads, the ConnectX-5 offers a range of innovative acceleration features, such as T10-DIF signature switching in hardware, an embedded PCIe switch, and NVMe over Fabrics target offload.
The ConnectX-5 adapter card also brings advanced Open vSwitch offload to telecom and cloud data centers, delivering extremely high packet rates and throughput while reducing CPU resource consumption, thereby improving the efficiency of data center infrastructure.
