This product is a 400Gb/s QSFP112 optical fiber, suitable for 5-kilometer communication applications. The module converts 4 channels of 100Gb/s (PAM4) electrical input data from 4 parallel channels into optical signals, each capable of operating at an aggregated data rate of 100Gb/s, totaling 400Gb/s. On the receiver side, the module converts 4 parallel optical signal channels of 100Gb/s (with a total data rate of 400Gb/s for all channels) into 4 channels of 100Gb/s (PAM4) electrical output data. MTP/MPO-12 optical fiber cable connectors can be inserted into the QSFP112DR4 module socket. Host FEC support is required for optical fiber transmission up to 0.5km.
