This product is a 400Gb/s QSFP112 optical module application specifically designed for 2km optical communication. The module converts 4 electrical input data channels of 100Gb/s (PAM4) into 4 CWDM optical signal channels and multiplexes them into a 400Gb/s optical channel for transmission. On the receiver side, the module optically demultiplexes the 400Gb/s optical input into 4 channels of CWDM optical signals and converts them into 4 electrical output channels of 100Gb/s (PAM4) data. The central wavelengths of the 4 CWDM channels are 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm respectively. The host FEC needs to support fiber transmission up to 2km.
