12-core fiber pigtails are suitable for fiber optic connections required in fusion-spliced structured cabling systems, including data centers, broadband cable television, passive optical networks (PON), wavelength division multiplexing (WDM or DWDM), fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), as well as voice services in ATM and SONET metropolitan area networks and access networks.

OS2 bend-insensitive fiber pigtails have lower attenuation than traditional fiber pigtails when bent or twisted, making their installation and maintenance more efficient.
