This NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand MMS4X50-NM compatible OSFP transceiver is an InfiniBand
800Gb/s 2x400Gb/s dual-port OSFP, 2xFR4 single-mode multiplexed optical module. It uses 2
fibers and 4-channel duplex LC optical connectors, each supporting 100G-PAM4 transmission.
The parallel short-reach 8-channel (2xFR4) design is based on CWDM4 serial multiplexing at the
1310nm wavelength grid, adopting the 100G-PAM4 electro-optic modulation format. It is designed
for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems. It is an ideal solution for supercomputing, enabling seamless integration into compute and storage
infrastructures to ensure efficient high-performance interconnection. It is intended for Quantum-2
liquid-cooled switches.
