This 400G DR4 OSFP optical module is an InfiniBand 400Gb/s single-port OSFP transceiver with a DR4

single‑mode parallel design, utilizing a single 4‑channel MPO‑12/APC optical connector. It adopts

100G‑PAM4 modulation technology and supports a transmission distance of up to 500m over OS2

single‑mode fiber. It is designed for InfiniBand NDR end‑to‑end systems. This solution enables seamless integration into compute and storage infrastructures to ensure efficient

high‑performance interconnection. The module is used to connect ConnectX‑7/QSFP112 network

adapters and 2×400G InfiniBand switches equipped with dual‑port optical modules.
